Welcome to Mental Health Advise. Our mission is to reduce the stigma, spread awareness and change the way we look at mental health – especially Stress. Prevention of stress is at the heart of our mission.
Our purpose is to educate individuals on the importance of maintaining proper mental health and properly manage stress from their daily lives.
We believe that a healthy mind is a prerequisite for a healthy body. The need in today’s world is to have healthy physique along with good mental health. As we spend a portion of our day in developing good physical health but we should also invest in building strong mental health. Our expertise is in dealing with stress, therefore most of our content is based on effective management of stress.
We aim to educate and provide mental health information that adds value but does not replaces, the medical advice of personal medical professionals. We plan to achieve this by providing scientifically accurate and up-to-date researches related to mental health and illness topics.
